exam has a hurdle requirement and the difficulty has ramped up significantly in recent semesters. students who did well in physics and maths still find it catches them off — the circuit analysis style is quite different from the typical science pathway

exam is harder than expected across multiple cohorts and the hurdle is real. start past papers early and find a study group — the material clicks much better when you can work through problems with others

the recommended textbooks are not well-regarded and the lectures can be dense without much worked examples. supplementary youtube resources on circuit analysis and laplace transforms are consistently recommended by students who scored well
